    B. IEC Registration For Proprietorship Business
      1. PAN Card Of Proprietor.
      2. Cheque(If The Company Name Is Incripted On Cheque) Or A Letter From Bank Specified Format For IEC.
      3. Govt Fee Prescribed By DGFT
      4. Aadhar card of Proprietor
    C. Partnership Firm IEC Registration
      1. PAN Card Of Firm
      2. Cheque(If The Company Name Is Incripted On Cheque) Or A Letter From Bank Specified Format For IEC.
      3. Govt Fee Prescribed By DGFT
      4. Aadhar card of Partner
    D. Private Limited Or OPC Or LLP IEC Registration
      PAN Card Of Company
      2. Cheque(If The Company Name Is Incripted On Cheque) Or A Letter From Bank Specified Format For IEC.
      3. Govt Fee Prescribed By DGFT

  • For Provident Fund

      1. Business Number Allotment Form (may be obtained from Pf Office)
      2. List of minimum 20 Employees with their Date Of Joining and Rate of Salary
      3. Memorandum & Articles of Association
      4. Certificate of Incorporation/Partnership Deed as applicable.
      5. Copy of PAN
      6. Bank Account
      7. Certificate Copy of GST Registration
      8. DD/Cheque for One month advance contribution (Optional)
      9. Copy of any other Registration as may be.

    For Employees' State Insurance

      1. Form 01 Employer's Registration (may be obtained from ESI Office)
      2. List of minimum 10/20 Employees with their Date Of Joining and Rate of Salary
      3. Memorandum & Articles of Association
      4. Certificate of Incorporation/Partnership Deed as applicable.
      5. Copy of PAN
      6. Bank Account
      7. Certificate Copy of Vat Registration
      8. DD/Cheque for Six month advance contribution (Optional)
      9. Copy of any other Registration as may be.
      10. Declaration Form of each employees along with their 2 Postcard size photographs (Optional)
